First of all here is a bit about BEARS... because we like bears
Do you know where bears live?
Yes... in the forest...
They in live Italy, America, Russia and of course America.
Do you like our bear having a bath?
There a lot of cartoons about bears...

The hair bear bunch.
And here is BERNARD BEAR... Everything always goes wrong for him.
Now is our story about a bear called ALFIE....
He likes digging.
He gets up early in the morning 
- Before he goes out he has chocolate spread sandwiches.
He takes a packed lunch with him, and his favourite is STRAWBERRY SANDWICHES
He is working in the desert building a house. 
Alfie was busy digging big holes when a kangaroo came past.
Oh dear!
He did not see the hole Alfie had dug and fell into it.
Whoops .....
The poor kangaroo banged his head.
Alfie stopped digging and shouted for help
HELP........
All the other builders stopped work too and came to the rescue
They pulled the Kangaroo out of the hole with a crane
Then they put up a BIG SIGN to tell all the KANGAROOS to WATCH OUT
The kangaroo was so happy Alfie and his friends has rescued him he took them all out for a big tasty pizza.
We will tell you another story next week.
